Once the match kicks off, you control the offense directly with intuitive swipe and tap commands: drag to set the direction and power for throws, swipe up or down to dodge defenders, swipe up to hurdle obstacles, or tap players to pass the ball. Defense is simulated automatically, influenced by your score and the skill of your defensive coaching staff.

Draft, Player Stats, and Squad Management

At season’s end, Retro Bowl features a draft system, bringing fresh talent into your roster while keeping your finances in check. Players are rated from 1 to 5 stars, based on four core attributes: speed, strength, stamina, and skill. You'll also need to manage team morale, address slumps, minimize injuries, and respond to transfer requests.
